Instructions
Go to an emulator site like Emulator-Zone.com, Zsnes.com, or Coolrom.com. For Emulator-Zone.com, look to the right hand side of the screen, and click on "Super Nintendo" under the "Emulators" heading. Scroll down to the "Download the emulators" menu and click on the emulator of your choice. Different emulators will be more compatible with different computer systems.
Save the emulator file to your hard drive. Create a folder on your hard drive labeled "SNES." Un-package the emulator and move the un-packaged files into the "SNES" folder.
Download a copy of the "Super Mario All-Stars" ROM from a ROM site like Doperoms.com, Coolroms.com, or Rom-world.com. If using Doperoms.com, type "Super Mario All-Stars" in the search box and click "ROM Search." Click on the first entry, labeled: "Super Mario All-Stars + Super Mario World (U) [o1+1C].zip." Click the "Download ROM" button. On the new screen scroll down and hit the "Download" button again. Save the file in the "SNES" folder.
Unzip the downloaded game folder into the SNES folder. There should now be a file titled "Super Mario All-Stars + Super Mario World.smc."
Double click on the emulator site file.
Click "Game" in the upper left hand corner, and then click "Load" from the drop down menu. Using the file navigator, locate the "Super Mario All-Stars + Super Mario World.smc" file and select it. Click the "Load" button in the lower right of the navigation window.
