Start the game and press the "Start" button on your controller to begin the game. Use the directional pad on your controller to select the character you want to play as and then press the "A" button.
Begin the first level by falling down onto a green mountaintop. Use the direction pad on your controller to move your character left or right in the game.
Press the "down" button on your directional pad to duck when an object is being thrown at you. Press the "up" button on your directional pad to click down ladders or vines.
Press the "B" button while you walk to move faster. Walk over patches of grass and press the "B" button to pull up a radish. You can throw the radish at enemies by pressing the "B" button again.
Jump on enemies in the game, such as the toadstools, and press the "B" button to pick up the enemy. Press the "B" again to throw the enemy in any direction.
Press the "A" button to jump at any time during the game, such as jumping over gaps or jumping below blocks. Hold the "down" button on your directional pad until your character starts glowing and you will then be able to do a power jump.
