Check out Craigslist sites anywhere close enough for you to pick up an arcade game. Click on "For Sale" above the sale categories to access all listed items. Type "arcade games" in the search box and hit "Search." Go to the bottom of the page, where on the right side there is a yellow box that reads "RSS." Click the button and subscribe to the feed. Now, every time someone on the site is selling a used arcade game, you will receive an alert for the listing.
Compare prices for online used arcade game vendors. Some of these include MoneyMachines.com and VintageArcade.net. Don't forget to consider shipping costs while comparing. Even with the possibility of freight shipping, the costs for shipping an arcade game is not cheap.
Keep an eye out for used arcade games on eBay. Search for arcade games in the main search box and pick out machines you may want to bid on. Click on the listings, then click "Watch this Item." You will need to be signed in to your eBay account to watch items. Go to "My eBay," at the top left of the page to monitor your watched items list. Bid on used arcade games that fall within your price range.
Look through the classified ads in your local newspapers, searching for business equipment auctions. Focus on auctions for arcades, game rooms, bars, pool halls, bowling alleys and other likely venues for old arcade games. Ask for an auction guide to get an idea of whether or not they have the types of games you want, in good condition.
