Get the Biggoron Sword (OOT)
The Biggoron Sword is the most powerful sword in OOT, and it comes in handy during the final boss fight with Ganon after Link loses the Master Sword. As adult Link, talk to the cucco lady in Kakariko village. She'll give you an egg. Return to her after it hatches and she'll hand over a blue cucco, which you should then take to the pointy-eared guy hiding in the Lost Woods. He'll give you a mushroom in return, which you must take to the potion shop in Kakariko village. Once the mushroom's been turned into a potion, take it back to the guy in the Lost Woods. He'll be gone, but an old lady will give you a saw for your trouble. Take it to the carpenter in Gerudo Valley, and he'll give you the Biggoron Sword---albeit a broken one. Take the broken sword to the Biggoron on top of Death Mountain. He needs eye drops before he can work on your sword, so take his prescription to King Zora in Zora's Domain. He'll give you frog eyes, which you must quickly take to the scientist at Lake Hylia before they "go bad." The scientist will whip up some eye drops, which you must quickly take back to the top of Death Mountain and give to the Biggoron before they expire. Three days later the sword will be complete.
Get All the Bottles (OOT)
Bottles are an essential item in OOT, as they let you carry health-restoring potions, milk and fairies. You'll also use them to capture bugs, fish and poes (ghosts). In OOT you can collect three bottles as young Link. Find all the missing Cuccos in Kakriko village for the first. Beat the cucco-chasing mini-game at Lon Lon Ranch for the second. You'll automatically get the third before entering the third dungeon. Get the final bottle by capturing all the poes in Hyrule Field as adult Link.
Restore the Great Fairies (MM)
Each of the four temples contains 15 small fairies. Find all the fairies in each temple to restore each temple's great fairy for a reward. The great fairy by the Woodfall Temple will reward you with Link's signature charged spin attack. The great fairy outside the Snowhead Temple will double your magic meter. The Great Bay Temple's great fairy will double your defense. The final great fairy by the Stone Tower Temple will give you the Great Fairy Sword.
