Leapster Learning System
The Leapster Learning System has many different game cartridges, which makes it the ideal hand-held computer game for all ages. You can play with the Leapster in a car, in a bedroom or displayed on a television. The age group for the hand held game ranges from 5 and up, but many kids as young as 3 and 4 can play the learning games that help prepare them for their first years of school. The battery-operated game allows younger kids to write letters of the alphabet, spell words and do math problems.
Nintendo and Playstation
The Nintendo DS Lite and the PlayStation portable are hand-held computer game for kids. The DS is more interactive with the Nintendo Wii and online applications such as Facebook. The portable PlayStation allows kids to play games, store pictures and surf the web. It is a slim and rounder version of the tabletop PlayStation and is easy to play anywhere.
