Put the zipline together in the first street level to get to the demolition suit. Equip the suit on Batman and keep it on for the remainder of the game. When confronting Clayface, ignore him and smash the panels behind him with Batarangs to finish him off.
Obtain the magnetic suit for Robin and get him to activate the elevator to get to Two-Face. Beat the villain by chasing him down through the toxic river (use the platforms for better jump angles) and double team him using both heroes.
Beat Penguin's boat by chasing him down and concentrating the bomb blasts on the hull while dodging his attacks. Two solid hits should chase him away. When confronting him in his lair at the end of the chapter, fight Catwoman as she attacks but keep an eye on the elevated Penguin. As he jumps, Batarang the switches behind him to provoke him, then move the green panel in the middle of the floor to swing his bombs back toward him.
Switch between Batman or Robin (or Nightwing) to beat the mind controlling Mad Hatter in the next level. Chase Harley around the ring to tire her out and sneak in some punches while dealing with the thugs. Eventually she wears down enough for you to finish her off. Power up the light bulb in the room to attract Killer Moth, then Batarang him into submission.
Concentrate on taking Harley out first with the giant bell, ringing it to knock her out of play. For Joker, blast his escape copter with water to bring him down to your level, then switch between heroes: he'll electrocute one, so use the other to sneak in punches until he falls.
