How to Beat Super Mario Brothers 3 World 8 Castle

Super Mario Bros. 3 is a side-scrolling platform game for the original Nintendo Entertainment System (NES). In the game, you complete eight different worlds on your quest to rescue the Princess from the evil dinosaur Bowser. In the last world of the game, you must confront Bowser in the castle level. In order to defeat him, you must make it through the castle and then avoid his many attacks.

Instructions

- 1
  In Bowser̵7;s castle, start moving to the right as fast as you can--in order to avoid the laser beams that are shot at you by the Bowser statues. Go up the stairs until you reach the small blue platform.

  Ride on the lift and continue moving right until you reach the next large stairway. Continue to the far wall and jump up to receive an extra life from the green mushroom.

  Jump on the block that the green mushroom was in, and then jump over to the chamber on the right. Enter the door by pressing the ̶0;Up̶1; button on your directional pad. You will then enter Bowser̵7;s room.

  Stand over the bricks at the left most side and wait for Bowser to shoot fire at you. Bowser will then try to jump on top of you. Move to the center and Bowser will break through a layer of bricks.
- 5
  Continue dodging Bowser̵7;s attacks until he breaks through the last layer and lands in the lava. You will then find the Princess and the credits to the game will roll.
