James Bond Video Game Cheats for the Nintendo 64

"GoldenEye 007" is a first person shooter set in the "James Bond" universe. It follows the plot of the movie of the same name. It was released for the Nintendo 64 (N64) in 1997. The game includes numerous cheats to grant the players weapons and other special effects in single-player mode. These cheats can be unlocked through game play, but it requires beating each mission quickly on the highest difficulty level. The cheats can also be unlocked using codes anytime during a single-player game.

Invincibility
- The invincibility cheat in "GoldenEye 007" will make James Bond completely invulnerable to damage. This will prevent him from dying from normal weapon fire; however, it is still possible for Bond to die during some missions, such as not escaping from the train before it explodes. This code will not make friendly characters invincible. To become invincible, press L+Down simultaneously on the N64 controller, R+C-Right, R+C-Up, L+Right, L+C-Down, R+C-Up, L+Right, R+Down, L+Left, and L+R+C-Right.
Invisibility
- Stealth is an important aspect in some missions of "GoldenEye 007." Being stealthy will also allow James Bond to pass through large sections of most levels with little to no fighting. The invisibility cheat will cause the player to be invisible. Bosses and scripted fights will still occur, but most enemies will completely ignore you. The code for invisibility is R+C-Left simultaneously, L+R+C-Up, L+R+Left, L+R+Up, R+Up, L+C-Left, R+C-Up, L+C-Down, L+R+Left, R+Right.
Dual Wield Lasers
- The laser is overall one of the most powerful weapons in the game. Its most notable feature is the infinite clip size, which means it never has to be reloaded. It is also one of the most powerful guns in the game. Normally, this weapon can only be found in a bonus level or on multiplayer maps. This cheat will give the player two lasers at the same time. This can allow players to clear larger groups of enemies in a matter of seconds. The code to dual wield lasers is R+Right simultaneously on the N64 controller, L+R+C-Left, L+Down, R+Left, R+Down, L+Right, C-Up, Right, R+Right, and L+R+Up.
Maximum Ammo
- In the maximum ammo cheat in "GoldenEye 007," new weapons picked up during the game will have the maximum amount of ammo James Bond can carry. This only affects the first time you pick up a weapon; picking up the same gun a second time will only give the normal supply of ammo. The code for maximum ammo is L+R+C-Right simultaneously, R+Up, R+Down, R+Down, L+R+C-Right, L+R+Left, R+Down, R+Up, L+R+C-Right, and R+Left.
