Special Options
The special options menu in ̶0;Mortal Kombat Trilogy̶1; unlocks extra options that primarily help the player. These options include one button fatalities, removing the need to enter the full fatality code, and normal boss damage, removing the extra resistance bosses have to attacks. The code to unlock the special options menu is Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Left, Right, Right, C-Left, C-Up, C-Right, C-Down, A, B. This is entered on the main menu.
Unlock Everything
The unlock everything cheat unlocks every character, stage and gameplay mode when entered correctly. This code must be entered on the scrolling text in the introduction. This text appears when the game is turned on as long as the ̶0;Start̶1; button is not pressed on the N64 controller. The code to unlock everything is C-Up, C-Right, C-Down, A, B, B, B, A, A.
Level Select
The ability to choose what level you fight on is a hidden feature in ̶0;Mortal Kombat Trilogy.̶1; Highlight Sonja Blade on the character select screen and press Up and Start at the same time. Select whichever character you want to use. The level select screen will appear before the match begins.
Human Smoke
According to Smoke̵7;s backstory, he was originally a human ninja who was turned into a cyborg. It is possible to play as the human version of Smoke using a code. Select Smoke as your character. Hold down the Left, L, R, C-Up and B buttons until the match starts. Smoke will turn into a human ninja. Human Smoke still has all of the same moves as cyborg Smoke.
Unlock Khameleon
Khameleon is a secret character in ̶0;Mortal Kombat Trilogy.̶1; She is challenging to use because her move set will randomly switch between being identical to Kitana, Jade and Mileena during the fight. You need to be familiar with all three characters to use her well. The cheat code to unlock her must be entered with the N64 controller at the beginning of story mode. The code is C-Right, C-Up, A, B, C-Down, C-Up, C-Right.
