How to Get to Level 5 on Legend of Zelda

The Legend of Zelda is an action adventure game originally released for the Nintendo Entertainment System in 1986. Players take on the role of Link as he tries to rescue Princess Zelda, who has been captured by the evil wizard Ganon. The game is divided into nine different levels accessed from an overworld map. Level 5 also is known as the Lizard Labyrinth. Link can get the fifth piece of the Triforce, a heart container, the Flute and the ability to carry four bombs in this level.

Instructions

    • 1

      Go to the starting point of the Legend of Zelda. This is right outside the cave where Link received the Wood Sword.

      Exit on the east side of the screen to the next section of the overworld map.

      Go north until you reach the mountains blocking that direction. This will happen after you go up five sections of the map.

      Go west to the next section of the map.

    • 5

      Go north to the next section of the map.

    • 6

      Go east for four sections of the map. There will be rocks scattered around the map and two staircases. One staircase goes north and the other goes south.

      Go up the north staircase.

      Enter the cave in front of Link. The cave is the entrance to Level 5, the Lizard Labyrinth.
