Preparing for a Fatality

  Deplete the opponent's life bar on the deciding round of the match. Your opponent will get up in a "dizzied" state, and the words "Finish Him!" will appear on the screen.

  Position yourself for the fatality. The activation for the fatalities is at a certain distance from the opponent. The best position is to get right next to the enemy, and then back away as needed.

  Input the button sequence for the character's fatality. Each character has one fatality, so the sequence differs depending on your character. Holding the "Block" button can help your character from moving around while you are inputting the fatality.

  Use Sub Zero against the opponent. Launch the fatality from one step away. Use the commands in the series: forward, down, forward, high punch.

  Carry out a fatality with Scorpion. Begin with one jump back. Then hold block and press up, up.

  Implement a fatality with Lui Kang. Initiate from anywhere on-screen. Then use the following commands: hold block and press forward, down, back, up.

  Complete a fatality with Raiden. Begin from one step away. In sequence, push the following commands: forward, back, back, back, high punch.

  Execute a fatality with Kano. Start at close range. Hold block and push the follow commands in succession: back, down, forward, low punch.
