How to Unlock Black Yoshi in Yoshi's Story

Level 2-1

  Search for the tulip the makes you an egg, and then shoot yourself straight up.

  When you land on the platform, find the bubble.

• 3

  Pop the bubble, and you will receive the Black Yoshi egg.

Level 2-2

• 4

  Go through the level until you see the tulips. Go to the tulip that is left of Miss Warp and eat it.

• 5

  Fire yourself straight up and break out of the egg by the top.

• 6

  Grab the black egg and finish the level.

Level 2-3

• 7

  Head through the level until you reach the help box that explains the big egg.

• 8

  Go left and jump on the floating rock at the end, then jump on the rock above that.

• 9

  Shoot the "?" bubble with your egg, and the black egg will pop out. Finish the level.

Level 2-4

• 10

  At start of the level, head through a few rooms until you find the room with ghost snakes.

• 11

  Jump from snake to snake until you see the floating bubble.

• 12

  Pop the bubble to receive the black egg, and finish the level.
