How to Control Speed on Ground for FSX

Microsoft Flight Simulator X may have been released in 2006, but it remains the simulator of choice for thousands of hardcore flight sim fanatics. If you̵7;re hoping to leap into your first flight in FSX, you̵7;ll first need to get off the runway. Taxiing in FSX is tricky at first, and recommended groundspeeds vary from plane to plane.

      Press the ̶0;9̶1; key on the number pad to increase speed while taxiing.

      Press the ̶0;3̶1; key on the number pad to slow down. Generally speaking, groundspeeds between 25 and 35 knots are sufficient for taxiing without endangering your ability to control the aircraft.

      Press the ̶0;.̶1; Key to apply the brakes if you feel you̵7;re moving too quickly. Tap it again to release.
