What Is in the Paraworld Booster Pack Download?

"ParaWorld," a real-time strategy game released by SEK in 2006, was the last game the company ever released. While the expansion pack announced for the game was cancelled, SEK managed to release a booster pack for the game for German territories before their closure. This booster pack adds a variety of units, maps and other features to the game.

Units and Buildings
- The booster pack for "ParaWorld" adds two playable hero units, four regular units, one building upgrade and one new building. The two hero units are David Leighton and Heinrich Kleemann, who are both available for all modes including Skirmish. The new units are the Undead Warrior and the Norsemen Flamethrower for the Norsemen faction, the Dustriders Flamethrower for the Dustriders faction and the Dragon Clan Flamethrower for the Dragon Clan. In addition to the new unit, the Dragon Clan also receives the ability to perform an extended ship repair, while the Dustriders receive the Skull Totem building.
Wild Animals
- Eight new wild animals are added to the maps in "ParaWorld" via the booster pack. These dinosaurs are hostile against all factions and freely roam around each of the game's maps. These dinosaurs are: Giganotosaurus, Amargasaurus, Tarbosaurus, Edmontosaurus, Liopleurodon, Mosasaurs, Euoplocephalus and Heterodontosaurus. However, due to time constraints, these new dinosaurs are not available in the map editor, but only in the existing pre-made maps by the developer.
Maps
- The booster pack adds new maps for both the single-player campaign, Skirmish and multiplayer game modes. In the single player campaign, players can now play on Missions 4.1, 4.2 and 4.3, accessible from the main menu. For Skirmish and multiplayer modes, four new maps were added. These maps can be used on either the Deathmatch or Domination game types for either Skirmish or online multiplayer game modes.
Map Editor and Bug Fixes
- The booster pack also includes a map editor, allowing players the chance to create their own multiplayer maps with full access to all the assets used in the game. The booster pack also includes bug fixes for the original "ParaWorld" release. However, due to time constraints SEK faced when releasing the booster pack, the pack itself was released in an unfinished state and includes many bugs.
