How to Troubleshoot a Path Game on Mac

"The Path," a computer game developed and published by Tale of Tales, can be installed on multiple operating systems, including Mac OS X. Like any other game, your computer must meet a certain set of prerequisites before it can run the game properly. The Mac version for "The Path" in particular has a specific set of specifications your Mac computer must meet. Additionally, you must also know where to locate your serial key.

  Open the email used to purchase the game. Many people do not realize that the serial number is emailed to them immediately after purchase and is required to install the game.

  Re-download the installer if it operates improperly. Sometimes, the download can become corrupted. You can re-download the installer as frequently as necessary.

  Verify that your Mac computer meets the requirements. "The Path" only works on computers with, at minimum, Mac OS X 10.5.6, a 2 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo processor, 1 GB of RAM and a Radeon X600 or better video card with at least 256 MB video RAM.
