Open your Web browser and visit the "Customer Support Center" page at Nexon.net.
Click the "Contact Us" link. Log in to your account if you aren't already logged in.
Select "Log a Ticket." Select "Account and Billing" from the "Problem" drop-down menu. Enter your "Dungeon Fighter Online" username and email address. In the message box, enter a message to the support team, explaining that you've forgotten your Goblin Pad PIN number and that you'd like to reset it. Click "Send." The Nexon support team will send you an email containing a link to reset your PIN number once it has processed your request.
