How to Find a Sweater Jacket on Club Penguin

The main goal in Disney's massive multiplayer online role-playing game "Club Penguin" is to find and accumulate items. These items, which include clothes, furniture and other accessories, decorate players' homes and characters. One such item is the hoodie, which some players refer to as a "sweater jacket." You'll find a number of these hoodies around the "Club Penguin" game world.
  1. Penguin Style Jackets

    • You can find several sweater jackets, including the blue hoodie, from "Penguin Style," the game's clothing catalog. Visit the gift shop, which is next to the night club in the town, the game's main area. When you are inside the gift shop, click on the catalog that appears in the lower right corner of your screen. Navigate through the catalog's pages, and click on the blue hoodie. It costs 300 coins as of October, 2011.

    Cheat Jackets

    • Besides the commonly available items, such as the blue hoodie, the game offers a number of hidden items. Fans call these items "cheats," though they do not affect game performance like conventional cheats and they also cost you coins. One of these items is the "Ocean Blue Hoodie." To find it, access the Penguin Style catalog. Click the beak of the penguin wearing purple. You will unlock the "Ocean Blue Hoodie."

    Locked Jackets

    • Other items within the game are just as visible as the blue hoodie in the Penguin Style catalog, but you are still unable to buy them. These "locked items" each demand a particular code, and players share these codes with one another as they discover them. In the catalog, navigate to the "UK Hoodie," which is a purple, crosshatched sweater jacket. Click on it, and type the code "freehood" to unlock it.

    Treasure Book Jackets

    • "Club Penguin" reserves a few of its sweater jackets for players who buy real, physical toys outside of the game. These action figures and accessories each come with plastic coins, and each plastic coin includes a code of letters and numbers. Players can't share or reuse these codes. Access one of the game's treasure books, which function similarly to catalogs, and enter the associated code to access its items. The Series 2 treasure book, for instance, includes the "Penguin Band Hoodie."
