How to Use the Spook MQ

"Mech Quest" is a browser-based mech fighting game that lets you create a pilot and battle a giant robot through the game's missions. "Spook MQ" is a "Mech Quest" game modifier akin to a GameShark or Action Replay device that lets you increase the size of your mech, increase your robot's speed and enable a number of other cheats. In order to use the program, you must know the version of "Mech Quest" that is currently available and log into your "Mech Quest" account directly in the program. Once logged in through the program, you simply select the modifier that you want to use and play the game as you normally would.

  Double-click the "Spook MQ Trainer" program icon to launch the program.

  Open an Internet browser and navigate to mechquest.com. Click the "Play" button to navigate to the login screen.

  Write down the version of "Mech Quest" currently in use. The version is listed directly below the "Mech Quest" logo on the login screen and is in the following format: "Omega ver. 3.9.2." Once you have the version number written down, close the browser.

  Open the Spook MQ program window. Type the "Mech Quest" version number in the space provided, replacing the decimal points with underscores. For example, version "3.9.2" would be entered as "3_9_2."

  Click the "Load MQ" button. Now, "Mech Quest" loads in the Spooky MQ program window.

  Type your "Mech Quest" login credentials in the spaces provided and click the "Login" button. Click on the character that you want to use, followed by the "Play" button.

  Move your mouse cursor to the bottom of the application window to open the Spook MQ menu. Place a checkmark next to the game modifications that you want to enable or click the "Load" button next to the character or quest that you want to load. When you are finished, move your mouse cursor away from the menu to close the menu and save the changes. Now, you can play "Mech Quest" as you normally would, albeit in the Spook MQ application window and with the added modifications.
