How to Get the Surf HM on Pokemon Ruby Destiny: Reign of Legends

"Pokemon Ruby Destiny: Reign of Legends," a fan-made roleplaying game set in the Pokemon universe, features many Pokemon types and abilities, including HM Surf. This ability allows the player to travel over bodies of water, enabling the player to reach previously locked off areas. HM Surf is found in Snow Soft City, after defeating the gym leader, your brother, Kevin. HM Surf is required to reach the sixth gym.

Instructions

  Progress through the game until you reach Snow Soft City. This is where you obtain the fifth Pokemon Badge. You reach Snow Soft City after traveling through Bug Forest.

  Head northwest after entering the town and find the building labeled "Gym."

  Enter the Gym and defeat the trainers, then the gym leader. This gym features mostly water-based Pokemon. Water Pokemon are weak against electric and grass Pokemon, so you will want to use these types during the battles. You will want your Pokemon to be around level 33. If they are not, level up by battling Pokemon in Bug Forest.

  Obtain the Crystal Badge and exit the gym. Travel left from the gym, past two trees and then head north. You will see a small building right against the gym. This is where Wally's parents live. Enter the house and talk to them to obtain the ability.
