In "TrackMania United: Forever Star Edition," a racing game available for the PC, players must use every technique available to them to achieve a high score on a track. One technique is drifting -- sliding a car through a turn at a high speed. In "TrackMania," the keyboard controls for acceleration and braking are located in close proximity to each other, making it difficult for some players to drift successfully. It is possible to remap all of the controls in "TrackMania" to any key you want once the game has been launched.

Launch "TrackMania."

Select "Profile" on the left side of the screen.

Select "Inputs" on the left side of the screen.

Select the action whose key you wish to change. For example, if you wish to change the "Accelerate" key, click "Accelerate."

Press the key that you want to use to perform the action. The action is remapped to that key.

Press "Back" to return to the main menu.
