Hints for Hidden Mysteries: Titanic for PC

"Hidden Mysteries: The Fateful Voyage - Titanic" is a hidden-object game from Big Fish Games. It has 16 different levels and a bonus level that is unlocked after you finish the game that occurs 97 years after the events surrounding the sinking of the Titanic. An understanding of the basic controls and options will go a long way to getting you through all of the levels.
  1. Inventory Hints

    • Your inventory items are arranged along a bar at the top of the screen. When you need to use an item, click on it and drag it onto the screen. Release the item over the portion of the screen where you'd like to use it. For example, if you have a key in your inventory slot, click on it and drag it onto a locked door. Release it to open the door. If you end up needing another key for any particular door, you'll be given a message saying that you still need to find the correct key.

    In-Game Hints

    • The "Hint" button is second button to the left on the top right corner of the screen and it looks like a magnifying glass. It doesn't cost you anything to use a hint, and doing so will pinpoint what you still need to finish on any given screen. It will show you where to use an inventory item and it will also let you know if there is something on any given screen that still needs to be completed before you can move on.

    Using the Map

    • The "Map" button is the second button to the right along the top right corner of the screen and it looks like a blueprint. Clicking on this button brings up a map of the entire ship; clicking on any particular section will transport you instantly to that location. You will unlock new locations as you complete levels. Your current location will be the red section of the map and locations that you can travel to are represented by the green sections. The sparkling sections on the map indicate hidden object scenes.

    General Hints

    • The button at the top right corner of the screen allows you to skip hidden object rooms or puzzles. After you click on this "Skip" button it will need a few minutes to recharge; that time is indicated by the circle around the button gradually filling itself back in. Listen to all of the conversations that you can around the ship, as these will often direct you to your next destination or give you clues on how to solve various puzzles. The button at the top left corner of the screen will bring you to the main menu
