Check your email inbox, as well as your spam folder, for any message regarding your World of Warcraft account sent either by Blizzard Entertainment or Battle.net. If you have received such an email, follow the instructions outlined by Blizzard to reactivate your account.
Visit the "Ask a Question" page on the Battle.net website.
Log in to the website by using your regular Battle.net username and password.
Select "I have an issue with my account or with payment/billing" and click "I can't log in."
Select "World of Warcraft" from the "Game" drop-down menu. Then type a description of the issue you are experiencing in the "Description" field. Include any error message that you might receive when attempting to log in to the game. Click "Submit."
Follow the instructions that Blizzard Support will send to your email address to restore your account.
