Load the ̶0;Starcraft̶1; game application by double-clicking on the ̶0;Starcraft̶1; shortcut on your desktop if you have Windows or loading it from your applications folder if you have a Mac.
Click on the ̶0;Campaign Editor̶1; button located in the upper, right portion of the screen. It is the picture of the spinning planet.
Press the ̶0;Scenario̶1; button, followed by the ̶0;Triggers̶1; button, which are located in a drop-down menu on the computer screen. You can also press the hot-keys: "Ctrl" + "Shift" + "T" to bring up this menu screen.
Determine how many players will be able to use the teleport beacons. You can choose anything from one player to all players. You will see ̶0;All Players̶1; highlighted in blue in the top box titled ̶0;Players With Triggers:̶1; If you want to change this, double-click on the highlighted ̶0;Players With Triggers̶1; and type in the number you want.
Click the ̶0;New̶1; button in the ̶0;Triggers̶1; menu, which is located on the right column. Click ̶0;New Trigger̶1; and click on ̶0;Conditions.̶1; A condition is something that must take place in the game before something else can happen. To create a functional teleport beacon, you must build at least two teleport beacons.
Type: ̶0;-Current player commands at least 2 Teleport Beacons̶1; under ̶0;Triggers̶1; menu. The dash must be included. Leave out the quotation marks.
Click the ̶0;New̶1; button and select ̶0;New Action.̶1; Type: ̶0;-Move units.̶1; This action teleports your units from one teleport beacon to another.
Open up the map editor and click on the ̶0;Build Units̶1; tab. Scroll down the list until you find a picture of a glowing circular platform. This is a teleport beacon. Click on the icon and drag it to a section of the map.
Drop the teleport beacon down on a flat surface and place a second teleport beacon in another location. These teleport beacons will now work in the game.
