How to Get Marigold Sprouts in Plants vs. Zombies

"Plants vs. Zombies" not only offers you the opportunity to take out hordes of the undead with your army of plants, it also gives you the chance to relax while tending to your own virtual Zen Garden. The Marigold Sprouts are just some of the plants you can grow in your Zen Garden and sell at a profit. If you want to fill your garden with Marigold Sprouts, you have to play the game daily as you can only buy them in very limited quantities.

Instructions

  Start the game. Click "Adventure" from the tombstone on the main menu.

  Play the game as usual until you complete Level 5-4 to unlock the "Zen Garden" mode. Keep playing until you have $7,500 with which to purchase the Marigold Sprouts. Return to the main menu. Click on the green watering can that appears next to the tombstone to access it.

  Click the key with the "Shop" label that displays at the top-right corner of the Zen Garden. This will take you to Crazy Dave's Twiddy Dinkies, a shop your neighbor in the game runs out of his car.

  Click the "Next" button on the right taillight of his car twice to get to the third page of his stock. You'll see three Marigold Sprouts on the upper shelf next to the golden watering can.

  Click on the Marigold Sprouts. Click "Yes" when the game asks you if you are sure you want to buy the item. A "Sold Out" sign will appear over the sprouts. Wait 24 hours and return to the shop to find three more Marigold Sprouts available for purchase.
