How to Get High Points in Angry Birds Halloween

"Angry Birds Halloween" is one of the themed worlds in the "Angry Birds Seasons" video game that's periodically updated throughout the year. The Halloween world has 45 levels to play. Some of the higher levels are challenging, making it difficult to get a high score. But if you play using some tips and strategies, you can achieve a higher score and get all the stars. In fact, the more points you get in a level, the higher the star rating is for that level. Strive to get a three-star rating for each level you play.

Instructions

    • 1

Kill the green pigs to achieve a base score, but also focus on causing damage to the walls, barriers and other surrounding objects. Each object is worth a set amount of points and destroying as many items on the screen as you can results in a higher score.

    • 2

Save your birds when possible. Each bird that isn't used in your fight against the pigs results in an automatic 10,000 points awarded to your score.

    • 3

Balance the number of birds you use with how much damage you cause. Sometimes using extra birds can result in more than 10,000 points.

    • 4

Replay tough levels as many times as it takes to get a higher score. Just because you pass a level doesn't mean you can't play it again. Tap a level number icon from the levels screen and you're right back in the action trying to get that high score.

    • 5

Use the blue bird to destroy ice blocks. If your level is composed mainly of ice, then using a blue bird is helpful in causing the most damage possible. Of course, you'll have to wait for the blue bird to take its turn in the slingshot.

    • 6

Use the yellow bird against wooden blocks, as this bird is best suited for destroying that type of object.

    • 7

Use the black bird to blow up concrete blocks. The concrete blocks are one of the hardest to destroy, unless you have the black bird. This type of bird explodes a few seconds after it makes contact with an object or the ground. The explosion it puts off also blows up other objects, such as wood and ice.

    • 8

Use the white bird to drop bombs on hard-to-destroy objects and hard-to-reach pigs. Using this angry bird takes a bit more strategy, such as dropping its bomb into a gap to knock down blocks.

    • 9

Use the red bird for knocking over wood and concrete blocks and direct hits on a pig. This bird doesn't fare too well against ice objects, so be cautious when flinging him toward ice.
