How to Use a Starter Paintbrush in Neopets

In "Neopets," players can create their own virtual pet, called a Neopet, to raise and care for. By playing the mini-games within "Neopets," players can earn Neopoints to spend on accessories, clothes, food and toys for their pets. One of the accessories is the Paint Brush, which changes the color of a pet. First-time users receive a Starter Paintbrush in their inventory and can use it to paint their pets if they know where to find it.

     Log in to your "Neopets" account.

     Make sure your Starter Paintbrush is in Your Items. If it isn't, check your Safety Deposit Box and move it over to Your Items with your mouse.

     Click the "Shops" button on the menu and select "Rainbow Pool" ̵2; the blue dot with the rainbow on it.

     Select the Starter Paintbrush from the bottom of the screen, and then click on the pet you wish to paint. The selected pet will change color.
