Instructions
Click the "Start" button, and select the "Computer" option.
Double-click on your computer's hard drive icon, followed by the "Documents and Settings" folder.
Double-click on your user folder, followed by the "Local Settings" folder.
Double-click on the "Application Data" folder, followed by the "Electronic Arts" folder.
Double-click the "settings.txt" file to open the file in NotePad.
Locate the section of text that reads "locale = XX," where "XX" is the language abbreviation for the game's current language.
Replace the "XX" portion of the text with the language abbreviation for the language that you want to use. For example, if you want to change the language to English, you would type "locale = en."
Click the "File" menu, and select the "Save" option.
