Instructions
Select ̶0;View,̶1; then ̶0;Top̶1; to orient the camera from a top-down position.
Press the ̶0;space̶1; button, then click ̶0;Add̶1; in the menu that appears, followed by ̶0;armature.̶1;
Click ̶0;X Ray̶1; at the bottom left of the screen to gain a clearer view of the armature.
Press the ̶0;tab̶1; button to enter editing mode.
Press the ̶0;e̶1; button, then the ̶0;z̶1; button to create a replica of the armature along the z axis.
Orient the second armature ball border to the bottom of the square.
Click the ̶0;Edit̶1; button, then ̶0;Add Modifier,̶1; then ̶0;Armature.̶1;
Change the name in the value field to ̶0;Armature.̶1; Be sure to capitalize the word.
Create more armatures for each bone in the object. For example, a person should have at least three armatures in each arm: one armature for the bone of the upper arm, a second armature for the bone in the forearm and a third armature to represent the hand. Ambitious designers could even add additional armatures to represent fingers.
Link each armature by connecting the orbs at the end of the armatures until you have created the basic skeleton of the object.
Save the changes to preserve the armature structure of your object.
