How to Get Clanden to Talk in Fallout: New Vegas

The Clanden character is a person at the Gomorrah casino in the "Fallout 3: New Vegas" video game. He can be difficult to find to speak with if you don't know where he is, and unless your speech skills are sufficiently high, he will refuse to speak with you altogether. Once you know where you find him and you have leveled up your speech skills, you will be able to get him to talk to you.

Instructions

  Travel north of your starting location in Goodsprings until you reach New Vegas and the outer town of Freeside.

  Travel through Freeside to the main New Vegas gate, then head into the Gomorrah casino to the right as you walk through the gate.

  Go into the casino, head straight to the back, then go through the elevator to the main suites.

  Travel to the suite at the end of the hall through the large double doors, then approach Clanden inside the suite.

  Speak with Clanden. If your speech skill is 80 or higher, you can ask him questions about what he is doing in the hotel and what his current mission is. If your speech skill isn't level 80 or higher, you can only greet him.
