How to Run Saved Files on FSX

Microsoft Flight Simulator X, which is often referred to as FSX, allows you to save flights so you can run them again at a later time. The flight simulation software provides two different points at which you can load a saved game: from the main menu, before you start a flight, and while you are in the middle of a flight.

Instructions

  1. Main Menu

      Start Flight Simulator X on your computer and click "Free Flight" in the main menu.

      Click the "Load" button located in the middle of the screen above the picture of the currently selected aircraft. The "Load Flight" screen appears with a list of your saved flights.

      Highlight the flight you want to load by clicking it and then click "Fly Now!" at the bottom of the screen.

    During Flight

      Click "Flights" in the upper menu bar.

      Select "Load" from the drop-down menu. A list of saved flights appears on screen.

      Double-click the name of the saved flight you want to load.
