Where to Catch Each Type of Fish on MySims Kingdom

In "MySims Kingdom" for the Nintendo DS and Nintendo Wii, players explore King Roland's kingdom and go through a variety of quests to complete the game. One quest, "A Fishy Proposition," requires players to capture all 24 fish to earn the Octopus Hat from the Costume Corner. Players can start the mission by speaking to Barney Cull on Capital Island after completing the "Inside Barney's House" mission.

Angler, Gold Arowana, Bass, Batfish and Betta
- Players can fish to capture 23 out of the 24 fish in "MySims Kingdom." Go to Trevor Island and fish close to the back lot to capture Angler. Gold Arowana is located by the Forest of the Elves' Proto-Makoto tree. Fish on Cowboy Junction to find Bass or go to Spookane, near Goth Boys' Lair, to find Batfish. Fish near Candypalooza's Dance Floor to find Betta.
Catfish, Crab, Electric Eel, Jellyfish, Goby and Koi
- The northern section of the island that contains Renee's Nature Preserve houses fishing spots for Catfish. Go close to Gino's House on Cowboy Junction to find Crab. Players can also find the Electric Eel and Jellyfish on Cowboy Junction near Roxie's Pasture. Goby lives near Violet's Abode on Cutopia. Head to Leaf's Stage on the Forest of the Elves to fish for Koi.
Marlin, Octopus, Piranha, Plecostomus, Puffer and Robofish
- Trevor Island's back lot rests near fishing spots that house Marlin. Send a character to wash his hands in any sink to find Octopus. Players can fish for Piranha in any area around Spookane. While on Spookane, go near the Realm of Morcubus to find Plecostomus. Fish near Gonk's Area on the Uncharted Island to find Puffer, and fish anywhere on Rocket Reef to find Robofish.
Tiny Shark, Stingray, Sea Turtle, Squid, Seahorse, Sea Urchin and Sunfish
- Players can find the remaining seven fish in a few different locations. Head to the Uncharted Island and fish near Gonk's Area to find Tiny Shark, Stingray and Sea Turtle. Fish near Candypalooza's Dance Floor to find Squid. Head to the eastern section of The Royal Academy's island to fish for Seahorse. Players can find the Sea Urchin on Spookane near Carl's Swamp. The Sunfish dwells near Violet's Abode on Cutopia.
