How to Get to the Kalphite Lair

In the free-to-play online RPG "RuneScape," you'll find a species of enemy bugs called the Kalphite. You encounter Kalphite bugs in great number in a dungeon called the Kalphite Lair, also known as the Kalphite Hive. The Kalphite Queen herself takes residence in the Kalphite Lair, which is located to the southwest of the desert city Al Kharid. Make sure you have a rope before you leave for the lair.

     Exit Al Kharid to the south to Shantay Pass. Travel west from the pass until you find a hole in the ground.

     Select the rope from your inventory and use it on the hole. This will lower a rope down into the hole.

     Click the hole and select "Climb Down Tunnel Entrance." You are now in the Kalphite Lair.
