How to Make a City in Civilization IV

Units are an important part of "Civilization IV." Without units, you would be unable to carry out goals in the game. Workers, warriors and settlers are all fundamental to the success of an empire. Workers are necessary to build improvements in cities, such as roads. Warriors protect your empire against attacks from barbarians and enemy civilizations. The settler unit is important as they allow you to build a new city. To expand your empire in "Civilization IV," you need to use the resources available in multiple cities, which is why the settler is important.
