How to Disable the Spell Duration Timer on Oblivion

     Navigate to the "Oblivion" folder and locate the "oblivion.ini" file.

     Open the file and search for "bAllowConsole." Change the value from zero to one.

     Launch "Oblivion."

     Access the console in the game by pressing the tilde key (~).

     Type "tm" into the console and press enter to toggle off the spell timer UI.
