How to Make an Aeroworx King Air Work in Flight Simulator X

"Flight Simulator X" is a flight simulation game by the Microsoft Corp. The Aeroworx King Air B200 is an add-on aircraft available for use in the game. In order to get your Aeroworx King Air B200 to work, you must import it as an add-on aircraft. "Flight Simulator X" aircraft are typically downloaded as archives files.

Instructions

      Click "Start" then click "My Computer."

      Select your primary hard drive, then right-click and select "New Folder."

      Name the folder "New Airplanes." You now have a folder for any new airplanes you wish to import into "Flight Simulator X."

      Right-click the archive file containing the B200.

      Select "Extract To" and select the "New Airplanes" folder you just created. Use WinRAR to extract the files to your new folder. You will see a primary folder labeled "Aeroworx King Air B200" with several sub folders.

      Open the "Simobjects/Airplane" folder found in your "Flight Simulator X" directory.

      Right-click the Aeroworx King Air B200 folder, then click "Copy."

      Right click the Airplane folder in your "Flight Simulator X" directory and click "Paste." The Aeroworx King Air B200 will now be available for use in "Flight Simulator X."
