How to Get to Ashenvale From Darnassus

Ashenvale is a lush forest located on the continent of Kalimdor in the "World of Warcraft." Traveling to Ashenvale from Darnassus, the Night Elf capital city, has changed since the great cataclysm caused by Deathwing bursting forth from his earthy prison. Before the cataclysm, players could travel on foot through the Night Elf hub city of Auberdine to find Ashenvale. Since the rupturing, Auberdine has been wiped off the face of Azeroth, leaving the flight master in Darnassus the only option for players wishing to travel to Ashenvale.

     Travel to the Temple of the Moon located in the eastern section of Darnassus.

     Right-click Flight Master Leora to speak with her. Leora can be found in the Temple Gardens.

     Click the "Fly me to the Grove of the Ancients" dialogue option. You will mount a hippogryph, which will fly you to Ashenvale.
