How to Grab Shields in Singularity

The events of the game "Singularity" revolve around the Cold War and a series of dangerous human experiments. As the game's hero, Renko, you will slowly unravel the mysteries of the Time Manipulation Device and use it to change the course of history. One of the game's achievements, Time Bandit, requires that you steal the shields of five separate enemies in single-player mode. Stealing shields is relatively simple, but is not explained in any detail by the game's tutorial system.

Instructions

  Play through "Singularity" until you earn the Gravity ability, which allows you to use the Time Manipulation Device to pick up and throw objects around you. You will find this upgrade in the Lab Complex early in the game.

  Locate a soldier carrying a riot shield. You will run into plenty over the course of the main storyline.

  Hold your targeting reticle over the enemy's shield.
- 4
  Hit the "E" key to activate the Gravity ability and strip the shield from the soldier.

  Throw the shield back at him or another enemy by hitting "E" again.
