How to Get Into Gu'Tanoth?

Gu'Tanoth is the capital city of the Ogres in "RuneScape." It cannot be accessed immediately. You must be part way through the "Watchtower" quest before you can gain entry to this city. You do not need to complete this quest. The "Watchtower" and Gu'Tanoth can only be accessed by pay-to-play (P2P) members. Free-to-play (F2P) members can never enter this area. Some Ogres in Gu'Tanoth are always hostile towards player characters and will attack you.

Instructions

- 1
  Go to Yanille. It is a town located just south of the kingdom of Ardougne. You need to be a P2P member to enter this area and all of the other areas needed to access Gu'Tanoth.

  Go to the watchtower connected to the northern wall of Yanille.

  Climb the trellis on the north wall of the tower to reach the top. You must have an agility score of 18 or greater to climb the tower.

  Talk to the Watchtower Wizard to get the quest "Watchtower."

  Search the bushes outside the tower. You find a random object when you do so.

  Return to the Watchtower Wizard with the object you found.

  Search the bush on the northwest corner of the tower. You find "fingernails" in this bush.

  Return to the Watchtower Wizard.

  Ask the wizard "Should I search the caves?" or "What should I do?" Any other dialogue choice resets the quest.

  Ask the wizard "So what do I do?"

  Talk to Og, who is an ogre west of the watchtower. Og gives you the key for Toban's chest.

  Talk to Grew, who is on the island south of Og. He asks you to get one of Gorad's teeth. Pick the jangerberries on this island if you intend to finish the "Watchtower" quest past entering Gu'Tanoth

  Enter the tunnel to the southwest of Gu'Tanoth, which is just south of Grew's island. This is the entrance to Toban's island, which is just to the east of Gu'Tanoth.

  Follow the tunnel to reach Toban's island.

  Give Toban a dragon bone to get a piece of the relic needed to enter Gu'Tanoth.

  Kill Gorad on Toban's island to get his tooth. Gorad is a level 68 enemy. He should not pose any difficulty if you have defeated any level 68 or higher opponent. He is no special abilities or tricks.

  Open Toban's chest to get the bar of gold inside.

  Give Gorad's tooth to Grew to get the second piece of the relic.
- 19
  Give the bar of gold to Og to get the final piece of the relic.
- 20
  Return to the Watchtower Wizard. He puts the relic pieces together to make the Ogre relic.
- 21
  Give the Ogre relic to any Ogre guard outside of Gu'Tanoth. You can now enter the city of Gu'Tanoth through any entrance.
