How to Find the Bubble Gum on Big Nate Island in Poptropica

Big Nate Island is one of the many islands you can travel to in the online game "Poptropica." This island is based off of the children's book series known as "Big Nate." Upon arriving at the island, Big Nate himself tells you that he is looking for a 100-year-old time capsule, and it is up to you to help him discover it. However, in order to find out exactly where this capsule is hidden, you need several items to aid you in your quest, such as stale bubble gum, blueprints and a stink bomb.

Instructions

  Play through the island doing different quests as you please. In order to get the gum, which allows you to be thrown into detention, you must first do the comic book quest.

  Go into the Klassic Komix store, which is located to the right of where you first land on the island.

  Talk to the man inside by clicking on him. He will give you a comic frame, which is the first of nine pieces he asks you to gather in order to complete his lost comic.

  Go back outside and recover the other eight pieces of the comic by searching rooftops, the playground, the lighthouse and other buildings and unique locations on the island.

  Open your bag and click on the comic once you have all eight pieces. Arrange them in order from first to last to create a story. When you drop a piece into the correct slot, it will automatically attach itself to the frame.

  Return to Klassic Komix and talk to the man inside. He will be so excited to finally see his lost comic together again that he gives you a pack of stale bubble gum as well as allows you to keep the comic.
