One of the most popular features of "World of Warcraft" is the ability to use user-created modification programs to change key features of the game, such as the user interface or inventory system. Modification programs install various files to your "World of Warcraft" folder in order to work, and sometimes these files can be set to hidden status. A hidden file cannot be viewed, modified or deleted unless Windows has been configured to allow it. To get rid of a hidden file in your "World of Warcraft" folder, you must first change the settings in Windows so that you can find it.
