Instructions
Navigate to the Nexon website. Click "Get Support" under the "Support" column at the bottom of the page.
Click "Contact Us."
Enter your Account ID or email address and password. Click "Login."
Select the game you are submitting a ticket about from the drop-down box. Select the issue the ticket is about from the drop-down boxes underneath it.
Enter all relevant information in the text field at the bottom of the page. Helpful information includes the name of your player, the server you reside on and the date and time of the incident. The details you add to your ticket can help Nexon support solve your problem faster.
Click "Submit Ticket." A Nexon customer service representative will email you in 24 to 48 hours using the email address associated with your account. Follow the instructions of the representative to solve your problem.
