How to Make a Cactus Dispenser in Minecraft

"Minecraft" is a three-dimensional first-person video game released for the PC by Mojang Games. In this game, you frequently have a horde of enemies attacking you during the nighttime, and sometimes it can be difficult to kill all of them by yourself. In this case, you can set up traps, such as an auto-firing dispenser, which you can load with numerous items including cacti.

Instructions

  Obtain cobblestone, redstone dust and a bow. You can mine regular stone to get cobblestone, and mine redstone ore to get its dust. You must craft a bow using sticks and string, obtainable from spiders and dungeon chests.

  Right click a crafting table, which causes a 3 by 3 grid to appear on your monitor. Placing certain materials in a precise position within this grid crafts the item.

  Place the dust in the center square of the bottom row. Place the bow in the square directly above this. Fill the rest of the squares with blocks of cobblestone to craft the dispenser.

  Right click anywhere to place the dispenser. Right click the dispenser itself.

  Drag blocks of cacti into the dispenser to load it as ammunition.
