How Do I Get My Steel Series Xai to Work With World of Warcraft?

The Steel Series Xai mouse is an eight-button laser mouse designed specifically with video games in mind. Using the Xai mouse when playing "World of Warcraft" will allow you to bind many of the key commands in the game, such as actions, spells and attacks, to the mouse keys. This can allow you to perform actions in "World of Warcraft" by pressing a button on your mouse instead of by clicking an onscreen icon.

Instructions

  Plug your Steel Series Xai mouse into an available USB slot on your computer.

  Launch "World of Warcraft" and log-in to your "Battle.net" account.

  Choose a character from the character selection screen.

  Press the "Escape" key once in the game world.

  Click the "Key Bindings" menu option.

  Click the "Key One" button located next to the action you want to assign.

  Press the mouse button you want associated with that action.

  Assign all desired actions to one of the eight mouse buttons on the Xai.

  Click "OK" to finish the key binding setup. The Xai mouse is now configured to work with "World of Warcraft."
