Testing your ping, or latency, while playing a multiplayer game in "Supreme Commander," will show you how good your connection is to the server you are playing on. "Supreme Commander" is a real-time strategy game that allows players to compete in multiplayer games. Ping is an important factor when selecting a server. Ping is the time it takes for data to reach the server. Having a high ping might hinder your game play, but you can ping the server on "Supreme Commander" with a simple shortcut.

Find your profile in the list. The ping is listed next to your name.
