How to Use ICBM in Civilization

Using the ICBM in Civilization III

  Research "Atomic Theory" during the Industrial Age. Throughout the game, players must research technologies for the ability to build new unit types and reveal essential resources.

  Research "Fission" during the Modern Age to reveal Uranium on the game map.

• 3

  Build mines on uranium tiles to gain access to the resource. If no uranium is available within player boundaries, the player must either trade with another civilization or conquer the resource through war.

  Build "Manhattan Project" World Wonder for the ability to build nuclear weapons.

• 5

  Research "Satellites" during the Modern Age for the ability to build ICBMs.

• 6

  Choose a city to build an ICBM and wait for completion of the ICBM unit.

  Select the ICBM unit. Select the red "launch" button on the bottom of the screen.

  Mouse over the target city and left-click on the target to launch the ICBM.

Using the ICBM in Civilization IV

  Research "Physics" in the Industrial Age to reveal the uranium resource.

• 10

  Build a mine on any uranium resources available. If no uranium is available in player controlled areas, the play must trade with another civilization or conquer the resource through war.

  Research "Rocket" technology in the Modern Age.

  Research "Fission" Technology in the Modern Age.

  Build the "Manhattan Project" World Wonder. Any one civilization must build "Manhattan Project" before ICBMs can be built.

  Choose a city to build an ICBM and wait for completion of the ICBM unit.

  Select the ICBM unit. Select the red "launch" button on the bottom of the screen.

  Mouse over the target city and left-click on the target to launch the ICBM.
