How to Remove Tree Branch Mods in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas

You may have installed a tree branch mod into your version of "Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas." This mod will change the tree branches within the game to various sorts of non-traditional appearances. While this may be fun, it may also end up detracting from your overall gaming experience. What's worse, you can't really undue this modification in a straightforward manner. A few steps will enable you to retain your saved games and remove the tree branch mod you have installed.

Instructions

  Turn on your computer. Access your GTA San Andreas saved game folder. By default, you can find this within "My Documents." Saved games will appear with a ".b" at the end of them.

  Copy all saved games by selecting them and pressing "Ctrl+C." Paste them into a new location using "Ctrl+V." Click "Start." Go to GTA: San Andreas and select "Uninstall." Uninstall the game.

  Reinstall the game. Paste your saved games into the folder for the new installation. You have successfully removed your tree branch mods.
