How to Drop While Flying a Medivac in Starcraft

"Starcraft II: Wings of Liberty" is the sequel to Blizzard's popular "Starcraft" and "Starcraft Brood Wars" games. The game places you in the big mechanized boots of Jim Raynor, one of the protagonists from the original game. Raynor must use a variety of military units and tactics to fight a resistance war against both the Terran Dominion and the alien Zerg. One of the units Raynor makes use of in his war is the Medivac unit. The Medivac has two purposes; healing nearby friendly units and ferrying troops in and out of combat.

     Select the Medivac unit carrying the unit you wish to drop.

     Click the "Unload" button in the bottom-right corner of the screen.

     Click the location where you want the units unloaded. The Medivac will fly to that location and unload the units at the desired spot.
