"Plants Vs. Zombies" is a tower defense game where you must stop oncoming zombies from attacking your house using a variety of plants. As you progress in the game, the difficulty increases due to newer, unknown zombies with previously unseen attacks. You can read more about each zombie type in your almanac, which fills just by fighting against the zombie during the regular game.

Select "Adventure" to start a new adventure or continue a saved one.

Play through the game as normal. Eventually, you will come across newer zombies, and just seeing them adds them to your almanac. By the end of the adventure, your almanac will be complete.
