How do I Enable My Microphone to Work With WeGame?

WeGame.com lets you to download hundreds of games from the Internet and play them on the same platform. You can also capture video or take screenshots of the games you are playing. The game also captures audio from your soundcard. For games that require a microphone input, you must have a microphone connected to your computer. As the program captures any audio from your PC sound card, you must have the microphone enabled in Windows system settings.

Instructions

  Plug your computer's microphone into the microphone port, if necessary. Skip this step if your computer's microphone is embedded into the machine itself.

  Open WeGame by clicking "Start," "all Programs" and selecting "WeGame" from the list of installed applications.

  Click the "Videos" tab at the top of the WeGame client. Select "Enabled" next to "Sound Recording." Now you must enable the microphone within Windows itself.

  Right-click on the speaker icon in your computer's system tray. Select "Recording Devices." Right-click on "Microphone" and select "Set as Default Device." Click "OK."

  Right-click on "Microphone" again and select "Properties." Select "Levels" and make sure that the microphone is at least at Level 50. Additionally, make sure that the microphone is not muted. Click on the speaker icon and remove red mark from speaker. Click "OK."
