How to Check to See if There Is an Item in an Inventory Slot in WarCraft III

Published by Blizzard Entertainment, "Warcraft III" is a computer strategy game in which players are required to select a race and build a base, units and hero with that race. Hero units are the only ones that can use special items that are placed in inventory slots. Inventory slots are slots that magical or special items can be stored in for later use. Only a few non-hero units can have inventory slots, but they can not use the items, they are only there to store them for use later.

Instructions

  Load "Warcraft III" and begin playing either the single player campaign or a match online.

  Create a worker unit and direct it to build a hero shrine in order to create your hero unit.

  Check if there is an item in your heroes inventory slot by clicking on the hero and looking at the bottom right hand of the screen. There is a grid depicting the heroes inventory.

  Pick up items that are dropped by enemy units or creeps by selecting the hero and right clicking on the item on the group. The item will automatically be placed in your hero's inventory.
